The Bad Movie Club is dedicated to watching Bad Movies in good company. This website serves as a news and resource center for the club.

These aren't rules so much as guidelines—take them or leave them as fits your chapter's needs. Nonetheless, experience tells us that these rules will help make for a pleasant (generally) bad movie experience.
- Take turns picking movies.
As soon as people learn about the BMC, they offer movies they would show to torment fellow club-members. Don't be a program-hog. We recommend taking turns so that everyone in the club gets a chance to bring a movie. One way to implement this rule would be to say that new folks get to (have to) bring a movie on their second night.
We here at Bad Movie Club central encourage you to start your own club. You deserve to watch bad movies in the company of like-minded folks. Here are the steps for starting a bad movie club.
- Read this Start Guide and the Bad Movie Club Guidelines. Follow (or ignore) any of the rules as fits your club's needs.
- Find a couple friends who want to watch bad movies with you. It's a club after all.
- Pick a bad movie to show at your opening meeting. Don't tell your friends what movie it is.
- Prepare some food and have your friends bring some food. Enjoy.

How much are membership dues?
Nothing. The only cost that should ever pop up, from an organization standpoint, would be if we ever get so popular that bandwidth becomes a problem.

Chapters
Each chapter of the Bad Movie Club meets on its own schedule, depending on the varying nature of its membership. The chapter pages can be used for announcements or for accounts of screenings. The latter will result (eventually) in a big database of bad movies for others to choose from.
